1. Information We Collect

At Jeetra, we prioritize your privacy while providing real-time territory tracking, social competition, and gamified fitness experiences. We collect:

• Location Data (GPS): Precise location information while active in a run session to map routes and claim territories.
• Account & Profile Details: Your username, email address, profile image, and account credentials.
• Territory & Leaderboard Data: Username, profile image, territory capture score, territory zones claimed, steps, distance, and competitive rankings.
• Device Information: Operating system version, device model, and performance diagnostics.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Paint your completed routes onto your personal territory map and register claimed territories.
• Calculate real-time streaks, milestone badges, and leaderboard rankings.
• Power the Territory Capture Leaderboard to calculate scores and determine the top 3 monthly winners every month.
• Provide app notifications, community updates, winner announcements, and achievement unlocks.

3. Supabase Cloud Storage, Public Leaderboard Display & Data Security

Cloud Backend & Storage (Supabase): Your leaderboard data—including your username, territory capture score, and profile image—is collected and saved in our cloud backend database hosted on Supabase.

Public Leaderboard Visibility: To foster fair and transparent competition, your username, profile image, and territory capture score are displayed publicly to other users on the in-app leaderboard. This public leaderboard display is used to track monthly progress and determine the top 3 monthly winners every month in the territory capture leaderboard. Sensitive personal information (such as your private email address or precise background home coordinates) is never made public on the leaderboard.

Data Security: We do NOT sell or rent your personal data to third parties. All communication with Supabase and our services is encrypted in transit using industry-standard SSL/TLS protocols, with strict access control policies on data storage.

4. Third-Party AI Data Sharing & Disclosures (Google Gemini)

In compliance with Apple App Store Review Guidelines 5.1.1(i) (Data Collection) and 5.1.2(i) (Data Use), this section details how user data is collected, transmitted, processed, and safeguarded when using our AI Fitness Coach features.

Overview & Scope:

• Jeetra offers an AI Fitness Coach feature exclusively to Premium Plus subscribers.
• Interacting with the AI Coach requires prior explicit opt-in consent from the user within the app before any query or message is sent.

What Data Is Shared:

• Only user-submitted text messages, training queries, fitness goals, and voluntary dietary preferences/parameters entered directly into the AI Coach conversation are shared.
• What We NEVER Share: We NEVER transmit user names, email addresses, passwords, billing/financial information, or raw GPS route tracks to Google Gemini or any third-party AI provider.

Who The Data Is Sent To:

• Queries are transmitted via Jeetra's secure, encrypted API proxy to Google LLC (Google Gemini API), hosted on Google Cloud enterprise infrastructure.

Where The Data Goes & Tier Exclusivity:

• AI coaching features are strictly available to Premium Plus members. Free and regular Premium users do not have their data transmitted to Google Gemini.

Purpose of Data Use:

• The shared data is processed solely to generate real-time, personalized workout guidance, nutritional advice, running science explanations, and calorie/macro calculations.

Equal Data Protection Guarantees:

• Encryption: Transmissions are encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256.
• No Model Training: Under Google Cloud enterprise API terms, customer prompts and generated outputs are NOT used to train or fine-tune Google’s public foundation AI models.
• Enterprise Security: Google provides equal or greater data security standards consistent with ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2, and international privacy standards.

User Consent & Revocation:

• Users are prompted for explicit permission before sending any messages to the AI Coach.
• Consent can be reviewed or revoked at any time directly in the app by tapping the "Powered by Google Gemini (AI & Privacy)" info menu inside the AI Coach screen.

5. Your Rights & Control

You can manage location permissions, export your workout routes, or request full account and data deletion at any time in the Jeetra app settings or by contacting jeetrahelp@gmail.com.
